This vintage patch was created for the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) held in Poland in 1987. This commemorative patch has a white background and features the U.S. flag embroidered diagonally in red, white and blue. A motorcyclist is in blue and racing up the side of the flag. ISDE, 62nd, and Poland – 1987 are all embroidered in blue. USA is embroidered on the flag in white with a thin blue trim.

In 1907, when most of the world still relied on real horsepower, Glenn Curtiss, pioneer aviator, stuffed a V-8 of his own design into a specially made seven foot long motorcycle frame and blasted down Ormond Beach, Fla., at 136 miles per hour to become the fastest man alive. This commemorative belt buckle was part of the AMA Great Destinations collection and celebrated the 90th anniversary of Glenn’s accomplishment.
