OWN THE ISSUE!

For a limited time, the AMA is offering copies of its February 2025 edition — a special tribute to Motorcycle Hall of Famer and legendary motorcyclist Malcolm Smith — to friends and fans. Malcolm is gone now, having passed away last November after a long batter with Parkinson’s disease. But his undeniable legacy will live on, and in so many ways. But what made Malcolm Smith the man he became? His early years growing up in British Columbia and Southern California? His first bike, a Lambretta scooter? His initial racing exploits on a Matchless single? Working for Pappy Mott and, later, Kenny Johnson and Norm McDonald, who sold him their dealership and went on to found K&N Air Filters? It’s all in the issue! So, whether it’s for you or as a gift, this special edition of American Motorcyclist is a keeper.
